What whould i do for inactive download in torrent

Tip: If the sidebar is not displayed, enable the Show sidebar option from the Tools menu or simply press the F7 key from your keyboard. Whenever I try to download or seed a torrent, it goes inactive immediately. I can't figure out what's wrong with them.
